Mine is a custom built computer and I installed win7 2years back, till now I've all the MS updates including much dreaded KB 971033 and my system is fine /activated. So no problem with the loader whether you're using a custom built or made by a reputed brand, just install it and rest will be fine. Haven't seen my problem mentioned before, but I thought I would ask here anyway: I've been using Daz's Windows 7 Loader for at least a month now, and it's been working fine, except I have this moderately annoying problem. Every once in a while (approx. Once every two days, sometimes multiple times in a day), I get a little 'this copy of Windows is not genuine' text in the bottom right corner of my desktop. When it shows up, I type 'activate' in the Start menu searchbox and run the Activate Windows program.
The program immediately opens up and says 'Activation was successful,' then the text on the desktop disappears. I've tried the recommended fixes like disabling type 4 memory, etc, but it still pops up every so often. The loader's fine, I just want the slight annoyance to go away I'm currently using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, the loader is set up properly for my motherboard and OS, I'm using the most recent version (as of now: 2.2.1), KB971033(?) is uninstalled and hidden, and there are no other Windows 7 activation cracks installed.
