I've been using Objectdock Plus 1.9 for some time and have been satisfied with it. I recently upgraded to 2.0 but couldn't get things to work, so I went back to 1.9. I couldn't find any documentation that explained how to make docklets from 1.9 work with 2.0.
If I move the darwin.iso file (or rename it to something other then darwin.iso), then Fusion complains about missing VMware Tools packages during bootup (I'm assuming it wants to attach the ISO file, which it can't find), and it takes 10 or so repeated 'OK' clicks to get the message to *go away*. Stacks Docklet is a handy extension that allows you to view the items from a folder in a Leopard OS style. Stacks or Grid Stacks on ObjectDock » Forum Post by jive01 » Man, this is sweet feature on. You could check out this docklet.works well.
Specifically, I use KKmenu, Stack Docklet 2 and CheckMail. Should these work with Objectdock 2? Where can I find documentation to set them up? Is there any way to create sub menus with Objectdock Plus 2.0, without using add on docklets, other than with tabbed docks? Finally, I see that Objectdock 2 packs the icons tighter on a dock (less space between icons). Is there any way to control that - to make it 'look' like Objectdock Plus 1.9?
Thanks for any suggestions.
