I have a ViaMichelin navigation device, Windows 7 will not recognise it. On XP it used Microsoft ActiveSync 4.2.Now when I try to install the DVD Rom it does not recognise the device. Can anyone please help? IN troubleshooter the computer checks the WEB for a driver but cannot find one. I have contacted the manufacturer but they are no longer selling this device,but they say some French customers have found an answer to the driver problem but they cannot tell me what it is. Any help will be appreciated.

Were you able to install its drivers/software without any issues? We don’t have any information about its compatibility with windows 7.
